I am Alison Walters after a long career in the Civil Service I decided to leave and follow my deep interest in a holistic approach to wellbeing.

I chose to study for all the qualifications I would need to become a Holistic Massage Therapist and other Holistic Treatments I wanted to offer.

  • 2017 I studied Reiki Levels Stage One and Stage Two and passed as a Reiki Practitioner
  • 2019 I studied and gained a pass distinction in Anatomy and Physiology
  • 2019 Following my Anatomy and Physiology qualification I then studied my qualifications in Swedish Full Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage also Ear Candling Therapy
  • 2020 I studied with Reiki Masters Jason Bryce and Philip Martin and added Reiki Crystal Healing to my Reiki Practioner qualification
  • 2021 I am at the present time undertaking Case Studies with some willing volunteers to gain my qualification in Aromatherapy Massage the use of Essential Oils and Massage have been used since Egyptian and Roman times.
  • 2022 I completed my Aromatherapy Training and acheived the qualification to then offer this as a treatment. I have used Essential Oils personally for many years and I am so happy I can now offer the healing and relaxing properties of this as a very personal experience for my clients.
  • 2023 I studied with Philip Martin and completed case studies in Crystal Reflexology. I have always been drawn to healing power of Crystals and Reflexology this treatment combines the use of the Crystals specific to the Energy Charka points within the feet and with gentle massage can address physical symptoms as with the other massage or reiki treatments. I have found that most clients now having this treatment become so relaxed they actually fall asleep before the end of the treatment.

I believe that a holistic approach to wellbeing can  be achieved  by anyone through non-medical therapies such as massage and reiki healing which can greatly reduce everyday stress and tension which often manifest into physical symptoms in us all such as muscle tension, headaches, insomnia, poor circulation and poor metabolism.

Massage is a natural way to release toxins in the body as it helps to drain these away through your blood stream and out of your body.

I have suffered in the past with stress and tension and have benefited from massage to relieve the muscle tension and pain this caused. I enjoy using crystals and other relaxation techniques to eliminate stress and its symptoms from my daily life.

I have created a relaxing room specifically to give that personal space for you to enjoy your treatments.

I really enjoy seeing my clients walk out of my treatment room in a state of total relaxation and filled with a sense of wellbeing also looking forward to their next treatment with me.
